Sleep

Hi dearies

Howdy? And the day?

Mine was ok..bit groggy from not sleeping well last tune but managed throughout the day.

Well, sleep..invest in a good mattress..try to wear socks upon going to bed since it is proven that it regulates your body temperature.

Since me and hubby have tried the essential oils..it feels like we are getting better sleep.

Also, try to go to sleep at the same time each day and wake up at the same time in the morning also.

More tips: sleep in a cool room, wear loose clothes and have triggers to sleep, be it toilet routine, read a nice book or dim your lights.

All in all, forget about the day you had or the day that'll be tomorrow and just relax and breathe and sleep.

Have a nice time in Morpheus' arms.
