#Listentoyourbody - Part 2

Dearies

Howdy?

It's Friday :) and looking forward to hubby's birthday tomorrow.

I'm reiterating, listen to your body. I was amazed hearing about food issues of two colleagues today.

It seems like at times, people take their body for granted. I did until my body just would not listen to me one day and I then realised that it's my duty to take care of my body, give it the good nutrients to eat, give it water, give it rest, give it fun, give it some self care and some good thoughts.

So, I may give you that advice, listen to your body and often ask it: 'What do I need?' and do your best to honor what you want.

#NewWoW

Dearies

Howdy?

I've nearly done the gratitude challenge. Like I mentioned, it helped in acknowledging stuff which I normally would take for granted.

Well, we now have a new Director in my department and like any new director who wants to show his worth, he's come up with new ways of working and I like the new style.

Lastly, I had found myself being in a bit lost when moving to another team. I find it difficult to look at records and found what was wrong. Now, with the new procedures, we go on site, learn the basics and doings and take actions. Reminds me of one of my previous jobs where I was doing that type f work.

Well, I'm confident for the future.

#Gratitudechallenge

Dearies

Howdy?

I'm good, feeling bit sleepy but will manage till the end of the week :)

I have a gratitude application on mobile whereby every day, I try to list down 3 things for which I am grateful.

I was gladly surprised when I came across their 7-day challenge.

First day was gratitude for little things, 2nd day was gratitude for myself and 3rd day (today) was gratitude for advice.

It amazed me how there are so many nice things which happened in my life but go unnoticed unless an app prompted me to think and thank for them.

I  highly recommend you download a gratitude app.

Being alive itself is worth the highest gratitude and thanking for little everyday things definitely make way for more positive and nice things to happen.

#waistline

 Dearies

Howdy?

News of the day: my waist is getting slimmer.

I was noting that my clothes were starting to get loose at the waist and this morning decided to measure my waistline.

And it came down by around 6/7 cms since last time I measured, which was around few months back.

I'm glad the gluten-free diet is working, now should be lactose-free also :)

I will keep you updated and I'm glad the inflammation is wearing off and with that, the symptoms will go away too.

#Homeyfood

Dearies

Howdy?

I'm ok..some slight hadache, think it could be some sinsitis since weather is not so good here since few day.

I went to a restaurant with bestie today..its name is 'letan margoz', translation the old times where no fast food was available.

I liked the food there, homey and exactly what we would have cooked at home.

It's nice that these kind of restaurants are opening. I can't imagine people eating fast food everyday, be it pizza, chinese food, etc.

And the chef even told us to send our menu beforehand and that he would cook the next time we came.

I hope the restaurant works out fine and me and bestie will surely visit again :)

 Dearies

Howdy?

I'm ok, a bit sleepy, it could be from having milk in lasagna but I dunno....health is crazy to understand at times.

Anyway, I find it cool to have a newbie in my team. She's cheerful and like to laugh and reminds us of the days when we were young and carefree.

Like it to have these new teammates around, bringing some fresh air in the office.

#Teambuilding

Dearies

Howdy? and how's the weekend?

Me doing good, lazy today except for cooking and some household chores.

Yesterday was team building organised by the welfare team at work.

It was a memorable day. My team was a right mix, children, young adults and adults.

Discovered some are creative, others competitive and most important, all were dedicated to help the team in the various tasks assigned to us...We even got all of the team dancing Jerusalema...and the team consisted of around 20 persons.

But it was fun. My team did not win the day, though we won the Jerusalema challenge but winning was secondary.

We are still talking about this day lol
